This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing start-up and grow into a global marketing leadership role, whilst immersing yourself in tech, music, and live events. We’re now at a critical moment in taking the business to scale as we disrupt a huge market for the better.
What will you do?
Drive growth marketing and product-led growth motions to deliver new users, establishing multiple acquisition loops to become key drivers of growth.
Be accountable for successfully positioning our mission and offerings in the market, improving our reach with event-goers around the world.
Dive really deep into who all of our potential customers are and their journeys, set the strategy on what we say to them, and how, when, and why we say it.
Undertake initiatives to drive viral growth including referral programs, product updates and new partnerships.
Develop new channels and programs that you dream up to drive user growth.
Build our profile with fans, event organisers, and ticketing companies.
Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives, communications, and manage a portfolio of collateral.
Skills and Experience;
You have 5+ years of experience working in high-performing marketing/growth teams.
You have the ability to empathise with our customers (live music and event-goers)
You have some understanding of network effects of marketplaces
You are energised by the challenge of scaling a business.
You love numbers and identifying the stories they tell. You’re a data driven growth marketer with a deep experience in growth levers.
You already have creative ideas to improve our acquisition that you can’t wait to test.
You are a technically-inclined marketer who is comfortable with digital marketing technology and experimentation platforms.
You thrive in uncertain situations but are always trying to put structure around things. You are passionate about the growth process and approach.
You are an independent operator, working with a large amount of autonomy.
You’re equally comfortable leading projects with internal and external teams, and rolling up your sleeves, and digging into the details yourself.
You’re a clear communicator with the ability to explain, argue, and convince a wide cross-section of stakeholders about your ideas.
