SIXGEN would like to add an ambitious, dedicated, and self-motivated Data Scientist to our team.
Required:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
5+ years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models
Candidate must have:
Experience in:
Using statistical computer languages such as R, Python, SQL, etc
Statistical and data mining techniques, including generalized linear model/regression, random forest, boosting, trees, text mining, social network analysis
Working with and creating data architectures
Working with small teams to include data base administrator and data science architect
Knowledge of:
Machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision tree learning, and artificial neural networks
Advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including regression, properties of distributions, and statistical tests
