About the role
You’ll have an opportunity to be a part of a team that is revolutionizing retail by creating a new way to shop and work at the ground level for a game changing service in its early stages.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management to discuss strategy
Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Work on, optimize, and present new business model blueprints
Analyze sales and consumption data to derive insights
Create ad-hoc reports for management as requested
Work with and report to our Chief Strategy Officer on various projects and duties
Proven track-record with ability to multitask on complex projects
3-5+ years working in Business Development at recognized and leading brands
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other related fields
A willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meeting project deadlines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Leadership and managerial skills are a must
MBA is a plus
Managerial experience leading teams

Ability to transition into Director of Business Development role for the right candidate
