About the Team
Proto’s team is extremely global with 90% BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Colour) and 50% female members working. We’re a remote team of self-starting and entrepreneurial NLP engineers, SaaS sales professionals, and digital nomads. Our management operates established processes for cross-cultural and timezone collaboration, while limiting Zoom to less than an hour a day 🙌🏼
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Growth (pre-sales) and Head of Customer Experience (post-sales) to align marketing content delivery with market entries and revenue goals for Proto’s AICX solutions.
Uncover and understand the company's current content marketing performance to find improvement opportunities
Plan and execute a marketing strategy that supports the adoption of our B2B SaaS solutions in emerging markets
Build a deep understanding of the AICX solutions, the markets, and GTM approaches in order to optimize the marketing strategy
Takeover and maintain Proto's content calendar and manage a team of technical writers, NLP engineers, and a marketing lead to ensure high-quality and punctual content
Regularly perform research on competitors and market trends to keep our marketing strategy and business plan up-to-date
Work on constant SEO for website content, regularly performing thorough keywords research, directing off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other performance KPIs to the Head of Growth
5+ years of experience as a marketing manager, content marketer, or similar role with a background that includes PPC and SEM
2+ years of experience in content marketing for B2B SaaS products
Strong proficiency in designing marketing initiatives that clearly communicate solutions to enterprise pain points
A deep understanding of content strategies that drive online awareness, engagement, and conversions
In-depth knowledge of methods for gathering and analyzing competitive research
Exceptional collaboration and project management skills, motivating other team members to deliver projects on time and aligned to expectations
Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
