Kulfi Collective is a creative content network that functions at the intersection of content, commerce and culture.
At Kulfi, we bring together talent, tech and IP to create innovative content for some of the most progressive brands and platforms globally. Kulfi operates through three verticals - Supari Studios (focused on branded content) which we founded in 2012, Post Office (focused on motion design & new media tech) which setup in 2017 and Keeda Media (focused on original content) which kicked off with the launch of Vitamin Stree in 2018.
Over the past 8 years, we have produced 6,000+ minutes of content that has been viewed over a billion times for brands such as Red Bull, Google, Estée Lauder, Netflix and Flipkart to name a few.
As part of the Business Development function, the role we play for clients is more of a brand partner, and having a firm perspective and taking educated calls on what is right for the brand from a digital content lens, is a key facet of your job.
Staying updated with best practices, understanding what storytelling works best, which formats on what platforms and why, and more importantly enabling the brand to tell the right insightful story to their consumers are just a few of the things we do.
Core focus on new business development and account acquisition along with the Team Leader / BD Head
Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and execute sales strategies - for both outbound and inbound sales
In collaboration with the creative and operations team, work on proposals for new businesses
Undertake in-depth research to gather key information with respect to the client
Build key customer relationships, identify opportunities in new areas
Synthesize competitive information via different sources. Undertake competitive analysis, industry analysis research
Work along with the strategy team on recommendations for both the long term engagement clients (Content Studio), as well as the short term/ single project engagements (Content Production)
Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches
3-4 yrs of work experience in building pitch presentations
People management skills and maintaining relationships
Have the ability to negotiate contracts, close deals and generate revenue
