Role: Strategy & Business Operations Associate

At Kiwibot we are building the largest robotic last-mile delivery network to support operations in several environments from college campuses to cities across the US and Europe. He/She/They will support the back-office efforts of the business team within Kiwibot. He/She/They will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance team to keep the expectations of our customers at the highest level and train Him/Her/Thyself to become a key member of Kiwibot’s Expansion

As Strategy & Business Operations Associate: You will work closely with our Head of business to develop relationships with our customers. You will also be supporting business strategy, operational excellence projects, as well as organizational design and overall quality of the business projects. You must be a highly motivated person and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Medellin

As a Sales Manager a typical day might include the following: 

  • Interact with clients and project team to plan and develop project work.

  • Review and edit all client communication documents.

  • Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed.

  • Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner. Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.

  • Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.

  • Monitor and report project status to clients on regular basis.

  • Provide daily client services from project start to end.

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.

  • Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues.

  • Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Work with the HR team to screen and recruit candidates for projects.

  • Maintain complete project documentation for reference purposes.

  • Ensure that the project team works according to project scope and timelines.

This job might be the right one for you if:

  • Strong academic record with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Experience in Retail, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy, Consulting

  • Consulting experience is preferred

  • Intellectually curious and interested in Business

  • Experience in strategic planning and Business Development

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent, team-based attitude

  • Relentless work ethic and high energy level

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail

  • Be calm under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously

You might have also had:

  • Spanish language skills (we are a Latin America start-up!)

  • Knowledge of electronics, electric engineering, or other similar technical fields

  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup

  • Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces

  • Management of Office programs

  • Project Management Experience

  • Research experience
