Role: Sales Manager

At Kiwibot we are building the largest robotic last-mile delivery network to support operations in several environments from college campuses to cities across the US and Europe. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker seeking a fast-paced environment, comfortable working on complex and diversified problems that are critical to the long-term success of Kiwibot.

He/She/They will develop and prioritize the entire sales funnel of Kiwibot, researching the possibility of opening new markets and new business models. He/She/They will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance team to keep the expectations of our customers at the highest level.

As Sales Manager: You will work closely with our Head of business to find, develop and complete a deal from zero to renewal. You will also be supporting business strategy, operational excellence projects, as well as org design and overall quality of the business projects. You must be a highly motivated person and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Manager a typical day might include the following: 

  • Find leads

  • Follow up with leads

  • Take first calls

  • Sign NDA's

  • Perform Budgeting

  • Sign LOI's

  • Define Verbal Agreements

  • Sign Deals

  • Claim capital from deals

  • Renew deals

This job might be the right one for you if:

  • Strong academic record with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Experience in Retail, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy, Consulting

  • Intellectually curious and interested in Business

  • Experience in strategic planning and Business Development

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent, team-based attitude

  • Relentless work ethic and high energy level

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail

  • Be calm under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously

You might have also had:

  • Spanish language skills (we are a Latin America start-up!)

  • Knowledge of electronics, electric engineering, or other similar technical fields

  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup

  • Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces

  • Mental Strength
