Role: Recruitment Manager

At Kiwibot we are building the largest robotic last-mile delivery network to support operations in several environments from college campuses to cities across the US and Europe. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, structured, and disciplined critical thinker seeking a fast-paced environment, comfortable working on complex and diversified request that are critical to the long-term success of Kiwibot.

He/She/They will work closely with the Head of Finance and HR manager to ensure the sourcing of all the necessary profiles for the different roles and opportunities at Kiwibot. This includes conducting compensation research, headhunt, synthesize information, participate in discussions, lead the employer attractiveness campaigns, and providing recommendations of hiring through an organized process.

Recruitment manager: You will lead the recruitment campaigns and strategy of Kiwibot. Being in constant contact with the lead team, ensuring the sourcing of the best candidates for every role. You will also support the creation and development of the Human Resources overall strategy from Employeer branding to retention. You must be a highly motivated person and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruitment Manager a typical day might include the following: 

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to our different markets

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

  • Promote company’s reputation

This job might be the right one for you if:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewingphone interviewing, reference check etc)

  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong decision-making skills

You might have also had:

  • Spanish language skills (we are a Latin America start-up!)

  • Knowledge of electronics, electric engineering, or other similar technical fields

  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup

  • Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management
