Role: Purchase Analyst
At Kiwibot we are building the largest robotic last-mile delivery network to support operations in several environments from college campuses to cities across the US and Europe. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, structured, and disciplined critical thinker seeking a fast-paced environment, comfortable working on complex and diversified problems that are critical to the long-term success of Kiwibot.
He/She/They will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure the correct management of the resources of the company. You will work in a fast and dynamic environment analyzing prices of different kinds of purchases, controlling the administration processes, and integrating your work with all the areas of Kiwibot. You’ll also have direct communication with our vendors and manage the life cycle of our contracts and relations.

Purchase Analyst a typical day might include the following:
Receive and prioritize purchasing requests from the different areas.
Manage and develop relations with our providers and vendors.
Analyze and optimize proposals to get the best cost/benefit to the company.
Analyze and lead the logistic process of the purchases
Discuss the approvals of the payments
Ensure the execution of the budget.
Minimize purchasing costs
Develop optimization plans and alternatives
Present reports and proposals to the Head of Finance and to the Co-founders.
Guarantee the taxation processes both in the United States and Colombia.
This job might be the right one for you if:
Strong academic record with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Written and Spoken Proeficiency in English
1-2 years of professional experience
Knowledge of USA lifestyle and culture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent, team-based attitude
Relentless work ethic and high energy level
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail
Be calm under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Project Management Experience
You might have also had:
Spanish language skills (we are a Latin America start-up!)
Knowledge of electronics, electric engineering, or other similar technical fields
Experience starting or scaling a successful startup
Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces
