Role: Senior Business Analyst for COO

At Kiwibot we are building the largest robotic last-mile delivery network to support operations in several environments from college campuses to cities across the US and Europe. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker seeking a fast-paced environment, comfortable working on complex and diversified problems that are critical to the long-term success of Kiwibot.

He/She/They will conduct in-depth research, develop quantitative analyses and synthesize information to provide recommendations through concise and compelling deliverables. In addition, the Analyst will be responsible to support the operations, including preparing briefing materials, developing executive communications, coordinating senior stakeholder meetings.

The Analyst will have unparalleled exposure and access to the senior leaders and strategic initiatives of Kiwibot.

As Senior Business Analyst for COO: You will support our COO to make high-profile decisions about operational and business initiatives based on your planning and analytical skills. You will also be supporting business strategy, operational excellence projects, as well as org design and overall quality of the business projects. You must be a highly motivated person and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Business Analyst a typical day might include the following: 

  • Business partnering: work with the COO to develop and follow the OKRs and financials in order to extract financial and business insights based on the daily operations

  • Support cross-functional work: Collaborate with both Operations and non-Operations leaders within Kiwibot

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: you will be the primary point of contact for all things Project finance-related for the business, weekly and monthly reporting, forecasting, and Operational goal setting.

  • Drive initial adoption of the service through launch marketing campaigns in close coordination with our partners as well as our Central Operations team

  • Data-driven analysis: Standardize business metrics and provide insights based on the cities/sites K.Rs to help COO and direct reports plan and execute

  • Project management: Drive new business initiatives, risk assessment, and opportunity identification. Design and support the implementation of scalable solutions

This job might be the right one for you if:

  • Strong academic record with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Experience in Retail, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy, Consulting

  • Intellectually curious and interested in Operations

  • Experience in strategic planning and supporting multi-geographical businesses

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent, team-based attitude

  • Relentless work ethic and high energy level

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail

  • Be calm under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

You might have also had:

  • Spanish language skills (we are a Latin America start-up!)

  • Knowledge of electronics, electric engineering, or other similar technical fields

  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup

  • Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces

  • Experience in recruitment or building of operational teams

Career Path:

This person might be able to rotate into a Sr. Manager or lead role depending on background and experience
