You will become a senior leader responsible for the company’s growth strategy and will help our product reach tens of millions of customers.
As our first growth hire, you’ll play a key role in building out our growth team and have high impact on recruiting.
You’ll design and manage a data-driven strategy for identifying and leveraging new user acquisition channels as well as unlocking new forms of engagement for existing users.
You’ll drive and report on key metrics related to acquisition and channel growth, as well as work closely with product and engineering leads to capture organic demand.
You'll work to refine our "growth engine" and become familiar with our current and future customers.
You have 3-5 years experience in sales and/or marketing at a high-growth early-stage startup
You have a background in leading, managing, and executing on pipeline generation.
You value a data-driven approach to decision-making and can assemble a fast-paced growth team of multiple talents across marketing, content, data analysis and design.
