If you ask our customers, one of the things they love most about Meta Labs is that we're there within seconds when they need help. To continue to provide the level of support our customers have come to expect, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager who can assist our customers with issues both technical and non-technical. The responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager include: identifying areas for improvement across use-cases, answering questions and writing documentation to ensure maximum product usability, and working with the engineering team to provide technical assistance.

The perfect candidate will be a proactive, socially inclined individual with experience dealing with small business owners. A technical background is ideal, but not required. The role is designed to span our entire customer base, from early-stage online communities to enterprise customers doing hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue every month.
