As Seva's first marketing hire, you'll be joining a company on a mission to change the way the world works. Your Responsibilities Include

  • Generate net-new pipeline in MQLs for Seva, using a variety of growth marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop regular thought leadership content in the area of knowledge management, including on our blog, website, landing pages, webinars, and events
  • Continuously test, measure, analyze and optimize programs to increase engagement and conversion rates that meet or exceed MQL goals
  • Build multi-channel demand generation programs across various channels including SEO/SEM, social, email, and more, to drive awareness and pipeline creation
  • Own and evolve Seva’s ICPs within the go-to-market category and build new ones that enable the company to execute ABM
  • Establish and engage within community presences synonymous with our buyers both online and offline
  • Create high-response tactical copy around sales outreach with the ability to optimize campaigns
  • Build GTM artifacts (decks, videos) to enable prospects to be successful within Seva’s customer journey

Role Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of demand generation and/or product marketing experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS businesses, particularly in CRM, productivity, or knowledge management
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to both “do” and lead teams
  • You’re an expert in understanding customer needs and creating compelling and engaging content and accompanying campaigns
  • You have experience leading the creation and execution of marketing programs, along with optimizing these tactics and establishing metrics
  • You deeply understand and have a passion for implementing various GTM motions such as ABM and/or PLG
  • You’re results-driven with a proven track record of measuring and tracking results and ROI on all types of campaigns
  • You’re an excellent communicator across the organization internally, and externally to partners, investors, and customers
