Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will define our sales strategy roadmap and improve sales productivity by enabling our sales teams to be more effective in targeting, closing, and growing partnerships across verticals including restaurants, grocery, alcohol, c-store, and more. In this role, you’ll work together with our sales, operations, product, and analytics teams to make our sales organization the most productive in the space.

In this role, you’ll write and execute go-to-market playbooks, revenue optimization, strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, process and compensation design, product roadmapping and launches, resource allocation, and pipeline analytics.The position will require relentless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to ensure the team is working towards the right goals and has the tools needed to achieve them.

About the role

  • Strategize: map the landscape of potential partners, and use data-driven decision making to help define the sales org’s overall strategy, and guide the sales team’s efforts

  • Analyze: Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to multiply rep productivity. 

  • Influence: Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, operations, product, and government relations to identify key markets, merchants, and opportunities that will help the sales team maximize its impact and drive merchant success

  • Experiment: Combine business judgement and analytics: running sales tests and leading market intelligence efforts

About you

  • Substantial professional experience in strategy, operations, or consulting; high-growth startup or sales ops experience is preferred

  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding.

  • Demonstrable ability to engage in analytical, first-principles problem-solving. You can translate high-level goals to actionable data-based recommendations and dashboards. 

  • Expert at working with complex datasets; strong excel chops and experience with databases and CRMs strongly preferred

  • Expert leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
