Coco offers merchants an exciting customer experience, smoother operations, and substantially lower cost; as a Regional Account Sales Executive in Los Angeles, you'll introduce new partners to these benefits. And you’ll be doing it in a fast-paced environment, surrounded by expert operators, in one of the world’s biggest markets for restaurant, grocery, and convenience stores.

You’ll need to be ultra knowledgeable about our product and the various industries we serve, a great listener, and an active problem solver and educator. You love to meet new people, are self-motivated, and have a competitive fire burning at all times.

The role

  • Meet, educate, and empower business owners daily

  • Close deals that help our partners’ businesses thrive

  • Engage in a competitive, organized, fast-paced sales cycle. Here you’ll find clear goals, and a well-defined value prop

  • Discover new ways to reach merchants, build trust, and, overcome objections, and close the deal

  • Act as a mentor, helping teammates advance in their careers upon establishing yourself in the role

  • Coordinate and share learnings with sales leadership and operations team

  • Flexible hours with the option to work from home part of the time


  • You have proven experience closing deals in a high-paced outbound sales environment

  • You’re highly goal oriented: you have a competitive fire, and are creative and relentless in meeting your goals

  • You’re a master of focusing your time on the highest-value action items

  • You think critically about how to create value for our partners: you devise creative solutions to win the deal, and the deals you close are as good for our partners as they are for us

  • You’re personable, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent

  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • You have a natural interest in technology: you can learn our internal tech systems quickly and are great at thinking critically about how our technology can integrate with our partner’s many tech platforms
