A Brand Operations Manager works with Brand Directors to ensure the success of CALA clients. Whether the CALA client is launching a new brand, or taking an existing brand to the next level, the Brand Operations Manager works side-by-side with the Brand Directors to keep projects on track, and facilitate in communications, both customer-facing and internal. A Brand Operations Manager also helps to onboard new CALA Brand Directors to help ensure that they are equipped with the CALA tools and resources necessary for success.

Some key responsibilities of a Brand Operations Manager:

  • Maintains project management software for their assigned projects
  • Compiles and communicates meeting notes and weekly action items
  • Schedules and attends key milestone meetings with CALA clients
  • Ensures that all brand materials (such as brand and design decks) are stored in the proper locations
  • Ensures that the entire CALA team has access to materials and resources for each assigned client
  • Facilitates overall internal communication between Brand Directors, Heads of Brands and the CALA team
  • Communicate with web developers, graphic designers and ghost designers to ensure projects are on track and completed

To be successful, a Brand Operations Manager will:
