At CALA, we pair each client with a Brand Manager that is responsible for the ultimate success of their business. The Brand Manager helps define the clients vision––then taps into the CALA partner network to bring their vision to life. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building strong relationships with strategic customers, as well as, managing or working with talent across digital, music, entertainment and sports.

  • Intimate 1/1 on-boarding with client
  • Develop Client brand definition and inspiration
  • Work with Brand Design Partners to develop Logo & Style guide
  • Work with Copy writing Partners to develop brand story & tone
  • Present Brand deck to client, gather feedback and iterate
  • Hand-off brand deck to Ghost Designer to start developing initial line sheet
  • Work with Website design partners to develop initial landing page
  • Finalize annual drop plan to forecast financial future for the brand
  • Facilitate material and sample review / approvals via CALA platform
  • Manage development of e-commerce website
  • Coordinate editorial photoshoot & product shots with client
  • Develop marketing launch strategy and work with marketing partners for implementation
  • Launch first drop
  • Review results and kick-off next collection

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Excellent organizational skills + attention to detail
  • Strong analytical background and Excel skills a plus
  • Experience and network in Digital Brands, Fashion, Music or Entertainment a plus

Remote Restrictions

  • Workday must overlap by at least 2 hours with New York, NY, USA
