What are we looking for?

Betterlep operates a network of top performing independent recruiters and recruiting firms and this is the most critical part of our product and business. We are looking for an experience and results driven leader to accelerate the growth of this network, and to build out and manage the team leading this effort.

What you'll do:

  • Have complete ownership over the acquisition of new recruiting firms through sales

  • Define key performance indicators and optimize the sales funnel

  • Perform 1:1 sales with recruiters and recruiting firms to join Betterleap

  • Build long-term relationships with recruiters to foster brand loyalty and love

  • Formulate optimal sales team structure, motivating sales incentive structure and help grow the sales team

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure there is strong alignment of vision and activities

  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback from the market to constantly enhance the product

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading sales where the target audience is small businesses, independent providers, or solo professionals in recruiting or HRTech (not large businesses or enterprises)

  • Deep understanding of the entire funnel of the sales cycle and practical experience of each of the stages

  • Proven track record of exceptional performance

  • Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards

  • CRM knowledge – preferably HubSpot
