About the Role
As a Recruiting Bootcamp Director, you will work with our founders and advisors to build and launch a best-in-class recruiting training program that will enable anyone to become a recruiter. You will be responsible for setting a strategy and owning execution of the program, including creating a curriculum, hiring and evaluating trainers, sourcing and managing bootcamp candidates, evaluating the program effectiveness, and improving it over time.
Design, launch, and run the recruiting bootcamp that equips anyone with the knowledge and develops skills necessary to become a recruiter
Create a vision for the program, define its goals, scope, and launch strategy
Collaborate with our advisors to develop, prototype, and implement a curriculum
Develop training materials including messaging, training content, individual or group exercises around various recruiting topics, etc.
Recruit bootcamp trainers and candidates
Oversee and manage bootcamp’s day-to-day operations
Track and own bootcamp success metrics like enrollments, retention, completion, satisfaction, and career outcomes
8+ years of recruiting experience
You have experience managing, coaching, and mentoring technical recruiting teams
Strong communication, written, organizational, and negotiation skills. You have experience communicating with varying levels of stakeholders.
Technical recruiting experience
You have experience designing curriculum for in-person, virtual, and blended settings that consider the needs of all learners
You have led a training team and are excited to coach and develop trainers
