About the Technical Recruiting Team

The Technical Recruiting Team at Betterleap supports various companies that work with Betterleap on an RPO basis. As a Recruiting Manager, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to manage, uplevel, and grow our RPO team. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals who execute against our customers’ hiring targets and work closely with founders to drive world-class recruiting practices. In this role, you will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters through all facets of the recruiting life-cycle.

Role

  • Inspire, grow and nurture a team of recruiting professionals to deliver against their clients’ hiring needs while meeting quality expectations

  • Providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team

  • Coach team members on building effective working relationships with their external hiring managers and on how to be recognized as a trusted advisor in all recruitment matters

  • Define overall recruiting performance goals across the team

  • Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements on a team level

  • Design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies for the team

  • Own onboarding and client relationships with all RPO clients

  • Champion RPO program improvements and recruiting tool enhancements on a team level

  • Create an RPO team growth strategy and execute against it

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience

  • 4+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters

  • Experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports

  • Experience designing and implementing recruiting strategies

  • Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical recruiting experience

  • Experience managing RPO teams and clients

  • Experience managing technical recruiting teams

  • Experience building and scaling technical recruitment teams
